To generate interest in this new Animal Planet series we took viewers into the flawed psyche of exotic pet owners as they attempt to justify their obsessive and ultimately disastrous love for their animals. Hand scrawled text and doodles repeated as the visual hook communicate the compulsive, delusional nature of the subjects and the added blood splatter gives a nod to the dangerous, often tragic results.

The premiere was the #1 rated non-fiction ad-supported cable telecast in all of Prime on Fridays among P25-54.
